I had a great experience during the visit to Rushenyi county in Ntungamo district. Together with @rushenyiyeitu08 @rusantungamo, we planted over 200 trees. As a climate ambassador, it is my duty and responsibility to create awareness about climate change

As we lay you to rest, Your Majesty, I remember not only the King, but a social friend—a patriotic son of Tooro and Uganda whose heart embraced peace, tourism, conservation, culture and the future of our environment. One memory I will forever carry is from your Kyenjojo farm, where we planted trees together under @ATEIUg’s #PetATree. Among them was a medicinal tree, and on that day I was given the Empaako (Tooro Pet name Amoti) —your own pet name. I will forever carry that as a profound privilege and a personal reminder of the friendship, heritage and conservation values you stood for. Like many of us, I have grieved deeply. But today, as we finally send you off, I choose to stand in the strength of knowing that your life happened—and it mattered. You impacted people, communities, tourism, conservation and Uganda in ways that no tribute could ever exhaustively explain. Your love for Tooro, your patriotism, your support for tourism and conservation, and your belief in planting for future generations will continue to live on. Rest in peace, gentle giant. Rest well, our beloved King, a treasured son of Uganda—the Pearl of Africa. May your legacy live on in the people you inspired, the land you loved, and even in the trees we planted together.
