Big 12 statement: "Following the Big 12’s review of the final play of Saturday’s Notre Dame-BYU game, it was determined that time remained on the clock when the ball hit the ground and the play was incorrectly cleared by the replay officiating crew. The Conference will conduct a complete review of its end-of-game officiating process in advance of next week's games."

🚨JUST IN: New York will not hand Mexican illegal alien Roman Amatitla over to ICE after he was charged with the March 16 Flushing fire that killed a 3-year-old and three others. Prosecutors said he stayed outside drinking beer while watching people burn and jump. ICE lodged a detainer asking New York to notify them and hold him long enough for federal agents to take custody for deportation. New York City’s Department of Correction refused the detainer because of sanctuary policies under Governor Kathy Hochul and Mayor Zohran Mamdani. By refusing the detainer, New York is not handing him over to ICE and is blocking deportation. Democrats chose the kiIIer over the toddler.

It's because they're literally owned by Democrats who gave them a $90 Million "Journalism Tax Credit"... That's why 🙄 #DemocratOwnedMedia
Replying to @WGRZ
We want to know why @WGRZ refuses to mention anything about manslaughter of Attorney General Letitia James during the October 8th debate? Would you mention it if Democrats didn't give you a $90 million "Journalism Tax Credit"? 🤔 #DemocratOwnedMedia

SCOOP Professor at @UBuffalo Joseph Hundley was reportedly “driving erratically” while trying to tail a border patrol vehicle conducting operations in the Buffalo area Agents called police after they observed his car following them to multiple locations and “driving recklessly” When police pulled him over he claimed he was just driving to work We received this report via FOIA request after receiving a tip about his behavior. Is conducting anti-ICE scouting work appropriate behavior for a professor in your institution @UBuffalo??

I LOST $15,000 TO AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR, AND NEW YORK'S ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO! This is personal for me. I hired a man to perform electrical work in Dunkirk, New York. I paid him $15,000 as a down payment. He took my money, and the work I paid for was never completed. I contacted New York Attorney General Letitia James's office seeking assistance. I was told they received approximately 300 to 400 complaints like mine every month and that there was nothing they could do for me. Think about that. I knew where this contractor was. I knew how to locate him. I had suffered a substantial financial loss, and the very office charged with protecting New York consumers offered me no meaningful remedy. I wasn't asking for preferential treatment. I was asking for accountability. That experience profoundly influenced how I evaluate the priorities of New York's attorney general. And that brings me to @sarithaforny confrontation with Letitia James during their October 8 debate. Komatireddy challenged James over Medicaid fraud enforcement, alleging that annual recoveries had fallen from approximately $250 million under previous attorneys general to $19 million, while criminal convictions had dropped dramatically. Those figures were presented as campaign allegations and deserve examination against the official annual reports. James defended her office's approach, emphasizing investigations of larger operators. But my concern goes beyond Medicaid. What happens to ordinary New Yorkers who lose their savings to dishonest contractors? What happens when they turn to the state for help and are told nothing can be done? I know what that feels like because I experienced it. An attorney general cannot personally prosecute every contractor dispute, and I understand that. But consumer protection must mean more than maintaining a complaint system that leaves people feeling abandoned. My $15,000 was not a political talking point. It was my property, my labor, and my trust. And I have every right to demand answers about how the office responsible for consumer protection responds to people in situations like mine. #AStoneGroove #SilentMajoritySpeaks

"We weren’t aware the child was in the car I can tell you that. But do you know who was? Oscar. Oscar knew he had a child in his car. Oscar chose to accelerate at a high rate of speed and ram two different vehicles as it appears he was going towards officers. And so the public outcry should also be towards this criminal, this thug, this gangbanger, this possible murderer, the outrage should be with him for endangering the five year old.” @SecMullinDHS

In 2019, New York Democrats blocked a bill to expand free college tuition for Gold Star families. A week earlier, they passed $27 MILLION in tuition aid for illegal immigrants. Fallen heroes families waited… Illegals got paid. That's all you need to know about Democrat priorities.
