Definitely sounds like a bloke itching to get out and manage Manchester United
Biggest award in football and in his first interview he’s mentioned Villa more times than United have nominees Yet there’s some people who think he should move there 😭😭

You can get 3 (1/4) EW EPL top scorer for a player that is currently 3rd (currently winning place part). He’s scored 7 in 11 all comps, 6 in last 6, has little competition for his place and (I think) rarely gets injured. Last match outscored Haaland. The player is currently 50/1.

Let's be honest - this is exactly the the type of thing that makes us fall in love with sport. Incredible. #atp #brussels

Rogers, Konsa, Watkins, Tielemans, Martinez & Digne made a combined 950+ aps for Aston Villa - they lost them all in the summer. They're now 6th in the PL, have a 100% winning UCL record & have ended Man City's unbeaten run.

📈 That's 3 wins in their last 4 Premier League games for Aston Villa beating top the table today. And they've got 100% record in the Champions League too. But it's not just how Aston Villa are playing under Unai Emery that's so 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚, it's the way he keeps the club moving forward despite losing so many important players this summer: ▪️They lost their best player to Chelsea. ▪️They lost their best defender to Arsenal. ▪️They lost their midfield engine to Man Utd. ▪️They lost their left-back to PSG. ▪️They lost their top scorer to Saudi. ▪️They lost their World Cup winning goalkeeper to Chelsea. Emery demands maximum intensity and the highest standards from his team, consistently finding ways to win football matches. No excuses, just hard work.

3 & 4 – Aston Villa are the first side to win three successive Premier League games against Manchester City since Liverpool in December 2016 and the first to win four successive home league matches since Spurs in February 2023. Heroes.

See the players arrive, catch up with an AVFC worker family member with a massive flag, get a free coffee from the sponsors, soak up the atmosphere, play in the nearby playground. At some point I think there might be a football match as well #AVFC #UTV

📊 Aston Villa are the 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 team Erling Haaland has lost to more times than he has beaten in the Premier League (minimum five meetings). His 𝐓𝐖𝐎 goal involvements against Villa are also his fewest against any team he's faced 5+ times in the competition. #AVFC

Déjà vu anyone? Having started last season woefully @AstonVilla form drastically improved and cruised to a top 4 finish. Bettors are once again cold on them but with a refresh, options off the bench and form returning is now the time to get back on the train? 🧵

Emery and Villa are being disrespected in outright markets. It’s difficult to know where they will finish but failing to get Europe again would be a surprise given Emerys record in recent seasons. European place markets look great value.

Up until this point, I believe the above is achievable. However, I am also going to have a small stakes swing for the fences to win the league at 500/1. Under Emery Villa have been capable of putting lengthy winning runs together. If nothing else can trade out later for profit.

After 3 match weeks we are running at, on average, 3 draws per match week. This is less than 2024-2025 (2.25) and significantly less than 2025-2026 (3.13) which were both profitable. Things are looking good for a record breaking year #laythedraw

Flashscore have posted two different lineups so far and both have ex PSG winger Mbaye at right back. I’ve gone with a couple of fouls committed props as he’s up against Tripic @meatmansoccer @BecauseWeWin

First round proper FA Cup? Plymouth away? I I was there for Cheltenham away in the FA Cup first round a few years back and there again for Forest Green away in the second round where we came up short. I will definitely be looking into going to this one.
