@WomenEd
So delighted to see this project taking shape and canโt wait to see what our students lead through their research @TheMercianTrust
Well! Taught a Year 8 lesson yesterday with students from across @TheMercianTrust on what research is and how it influences our lives everyday (from a Big Mac to HS2). We are training up the students to be researchers themselves, capturing their lived experiences. Exciting ๐ฅ

We're delighted to be part of the @CSTvoice Annual Conference tomorrow, running a workshop on how schools and trusts can nurture curious, compassionate critical thinkers in an age of misinformation, with @MrParry6 from @SouthportLTrust and with former headteacher and past president of ASCL @Evelynforde1
We live in changing and challenging times. This theme seems more important to engage with than ever before. If you are at the conference, we hope you will join us at 14.35 on Thursday to be part of the workshop. You can also visit us throughout the event on stand F2.
Read our latest blog which reflects on the pivotal role of education in preparing students for our ever-changing world.

Schools work hard to prevent youth violence. Schools in turn work with excellent organisations to deliver this urgent community work. @TheMercianTrust Violence Prevention Conference brings together charities, academics, police, youth workers & schools to explore solutions.
