BREAKING: A landmark study, @recovery_rs, which we funded and supported, has shown that treating hospitalised #Covid19 patients with CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure), can reduce the need for invasive ventilation.

Yesterday we congratulated @NorthumbriaNHS for recruiting their first patient to the study, also @OUHospitals for their recruitment at John Radcliffe Hospital. Today I want to express thanks to @NNUH and @KingsCritCare who have also recruited this week.
