Not only is it not in charge of that, but given their track record, I find it highly unlikely that any of the wardens will suddenly have a change of heart– trust me, I've considered this avenue. Besides, "close-knit" is... pushing it.
Not much, I suppose. I've been considering setting up a communication line, though– or whatever it is you use to receive messages from people.
I'm not familiar with it, but it should be helpful to have a remote way of contacting me if I'm needed.
