Ombudsman. I'm not sure it's worth complaining to them as they must work for the financial institutions. After being turned down from Santander under Section 75 for a refund, I complained to the Ombudsman, supplying them with proof. Still denied me.

Credit Card Section 75 is not worth the paper it's written on. I was denied by Santander a refund after I did not get the service I paid for in America. We paid to see a show but had to leave after our viewing was restricted. We were 1st to arrive at the venue but sat right back.
