A majority of the 635 children held in Israeli prisons in 2025 were put in solitary confinement, usually for between one and two weeks – some up to eight times.
92 per cent of those children had not been sentenced.
A third had not even been charged with an offence.

Now, he is calling a Washington Post photographer a liar.
Netanyahu, you are the liar with the blood of Palestinian children on your hands.
The Prime Minister’s Office:
The facts surrounding the confrontation near Abu Falah, during which Washington Post photojournalist Heidi Levine was allegedly assaulted, remain unclear and are under investigation.
Israel unequivocally condemns violence against anyone—Jews, Arabs, Christians or journalists. Those responsible will be held accountable.
But serious questions remain. Reports indicate some 200 Arabs and far-left activists confronted approximately 40 Israeli youths. Footage shows masked individuals on both sides hurling objects, amid reports of fireworks fired at Jewish youths. Other footage appears to show Levine knocked down and immediately helped to her feet by the same unidentified individual.
The investigation must establish the facts, including who initiated the violence.
We will not allow disputed incidents to be exploited to demonize the hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria.
The facts must determine the conclusions. Not the headlines.

🚨 “He was blown to pieces right before my eyes. His schoolbag was still on his shoulder.”
Israeli forces killed 14-year-old Palestinian student Mohammed Abu Hammad in a drone strike on Al-Baraka Street, south of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza shortly after he returned from school.
Mohammed had stopped at his father's shop to look after it while his father ran an errand. “He hadn't even been sitting in the chair for five minutes,” Ahmed Muhareb told Drop Site's Mohamed Ahmed. “They fired a missile at the boy, while his schoolbag was still on his back.”
At the hospital, people held up Mohammed's bloodstained schoolbag and notebooks, pointing to the shrapnel that had pierced them. His father wept over his son's body. “I swear, I was just talking to him,” he cried. “Mohammed was the one I depended on.”
“This is a child. What did he do wrong?” Mohammed's sister, Malak Abu Hammad, said. Questioning the ceasefire, she asked, “Do they even know God, to be talking about a ceasefire?”
“Is it not enough that you've forced us to live in tents? You've forced us to live in hunger and poverty. Why are you killing us?” Muhareb asked.
Several other students were wounded in the attack, which also killed another Palestinian, the Palestinian Ministry of Education said. At least six Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza since Saturday morning.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz on Lebanon:
Look at what is happening in Lebanon.
Today, more than 60 villages in southern Lebanon, beginning with those adjacent to the border, and beyond that, throughout the entire security zone up to the Yellow Line, an area of 700 square kilometers, are destroyed.
All the villages have been wiped out. Twenty-three thousand houses, all destroyed, demolished.
I am not even talking about what is underground, about the tunnels. Everything has been destroyed.
There are no residents there. Two hundred thousand residents are outside.
This is the Gaza model. And this is the model we are implementing.

There’s a website called OpenSecrets.org tracks the money flowing through American politics, including contributions from pro Israel lobbying networks. How is this not a national crisis? How is it normal for powerful lobbying interests to spend millions influencing the politicians who decide US foreign policy? Americans deserve to know who’s funding their representatives, what access that money buys, and whose interests are being prioritized when those politicians make decisions that affect millions of lives.

The Stop the Settlements Act would sanction anyone looking to take Palestinian land in the West Bank or Gaza. And support keeps growing.
Since I introduced the bill alongside Reps. Dean, Beyer, Casar, Jacobs, and Escobar, over 50 members have now co-sponsored.
Settlement expansion pushes Palestinians off their land and makes peace harder to achieve. It’s time to use tools like sanctions to stop it.
Thank you to our newest co-sponsors:

Israel is strangling the Palestinian economy in the West Bank, driving it toward collapse. In doing so, it is undermining the conditions Palestinian society needs to survive and build its future. This economic strangulation is one of the key mechanisms of the Elimination Project.
For decades, Israel has worked to make the Palestinian economy in the West Bank dependent on it for jobs, tax revenues, movement and trade, land, water and infrastructure. Over the past three years, Israel has used that reliance to ramp up economic pressure as part of accelerating the Elimination Project.
Some 140,000 Palestinians have lost their jobs in Israel after their work permits were revoked. Income from work in Israel has dropped by around 88%.
Israel is also withholding billions of shekels in Palestinian tax revenues. Checkpoints are costing Palestinians more than NIS 62 million a month in lost working hours. Farmers are being driven off their land and cut off from water sources.
But this isn't just about poverty and unemployment. Families are losing their livelihoods. Farmers can't reach their land. Businesses are struggling to operate. Public services like healthcare and education are also struggling to meet people's needs.
Together, these measures are eroding the ability of an entire society to live independently, remain on its land and build a future there as a people.

I am shocked by the political inertia in the face of what Israelis -settlers and soldiers- are doing in Palestine, where terror has become a daily reality. In the West Bank, torching century old trees and poisoning livestock. When will the EU take action against Apartheid Israel?
