The @RACI_NSW Women in Chemistry network hosted a Global Women's Breakfast and invited our CI and NSW node leader Kate Jolliffe to speak on her career journey and key turning points, research highlights, and advice for the next generation of researchers.
We celebrated #IWD2026 with a networking breakfast & panel session for all career stages from @arc_gov_au Centres of Excellence in Brisbane. Our Deputy Director Sónia Troeira Henriques was amongst the 5 panellists speaking on their career journeys and perspectives on leadership.

The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has decided to award the 2024 #NobelPrize in Chemistry with one half to David Baker “for computational protein design” and the other half jointly to Demis Hassabis and John M. Jumper “for protein structure prediction.”
