@SSE absolutely fuming with your customer service its laughable..call on 1 august to change internet over get told would be up and running in 5 days 2 weeks later i call again to be told it hasnt been actioned now i find out i have to wait until 8th september.i am unable to work

The seller is refusing to process a return for a faulty MacBook which @Apple says it would have happily taken back - on grounds that it has been over 30 days (by 2 days!!) - I thought there is extended refund due to #Covid_19 - please #help - @AmazonHelp
I'm pleased to say that all my wires are nice and tidy underneath my desk and I have nothing that could cause a trip hazard.
How tidy is your desk? Are there wires or other obstacles trailing around causing a trip hazard?
