TOMORROW - I'm joining @ActionSTL and @mo_political to canvass North St. Louis to see how they think we should spend $50mil in direct relief. Of the 1400+ responses to our survey, Black voices were vastly underrepresented. Let's change that! Sign up: bit.ly/TJCommCanvass

You can miss someone, and not want them back. You can watch someone walk out the door and close it behind them. Accept their actions as the only explanation you need, then be grateful that they are gone and remind yourself that you deserve more.
Our first round of funding from the American Rescue Plan will be coming soon. Our Stimulus Advisory Board and I have prioritized $50mil to be used immediately for direct relief. And we need your feedback! Share your thoughts with us here: forms.gle/YhKNQWuBw98YTTGm6

Why does it take a global health crisis for people to look at innovative solutions to common problems? Watching everyone’s excitement over tech that has been around more than 20 years is gut wrenching for many of us.

I'm actually hopeful for the first time in a while after listening to panelists at #philanthropysowhite These are folks with incredible resources at their disposal and they're not just aware and active in dismantling racism...they know when to let go of the reins.
