Srisailam’s Engineering Excellence Earns Global Recognition Harnessing the power of the Krishna River, the Srisailam Project stands as a key part of the region’s water and energy infrastructure, supporting irrigation, water management and hydroelectric power generation. With a reservoir storage capacity of around 215 TMC and massive crest gates measuring 60 × 55 feet, the project is notable for its scale and engineering design.
