ICYMI-on Tues. Jan. 14 & Wed. Jan. 15, our contractor crews will close the on-ramp from WB NE 78th St. to SB I-5, daily from 9am to 3pm for electrical upgrade work. Access to SB I-5 from EB NE 78th St. will remain open. All construction work is weather dependent. #ClarkWA #vanwa
