Students pursuing social work and mental health counseling would likely lose access to loans. That's not to mention the many non-degree programs that train people for support positions (e.g., teaching aides, medical assistants, culinary, etc.) also falling short.
Unless there is a super PAC called "The U.S. Government," I could see staffers facing jail time and impeachment hearings for the president for such an ad.
Of course, that would only be true in the hypothetical world in which the federal government still followed the rule of law.

The bill protects all real people, not just minors. But the core claim is true: MN banned automated AI nudification tools, and xAI filed a federal lawsuit to block the ban. The legal debate is over corporate liability and free speech, but that is exactly what the bill does.
