New testing requirements add extra costs and complexity to people's travel plans. While we understand the need for measures to stop the spread of variants until their level of harm is known, its vital they are kept under constant review and are in place no longer than necessary.
Ahead of #InternationalCivilAviationDay, @airlines_UK & AOA heard from @robertcourts on aviation’s critical role in maintaining & growing the UK’s global impact. AOA Chief Exec Karen Dee noted recent measures’ devastating impact and urged Govt to remove them as soon as possible

Just got such a lovely and reassuring email from @APHParking’s CEO.
Companies’ reactions to COVID19 will be studied for many years to come in PR courses. Many are still blind to how their communications now can make or break their entire brand (looking at you, Airbnb)

On a more positive note @APHParking are processing refunds but are understandably busy. I have nothing but praise for this company, always reliable and I will be using them again in the future. Goldcar and CarJet take note, this is how good customer service works.
