🌸 75 Stories of Care | Culture is Blooming at Diversicare of Foley! Through a staff recognition initiative called “Culture in Bloom,” team members were invited to write cards recognizing coworkers and sharing what makes them a special part of the Diversicare team. Employees who received a card were given a button declaring, “I make this a great place to work!” The cards were then displayed on a bulletin board for everyone to enjoy. Staff had fun finding their cards and reading the kind words their coworkers shared—and residents enjoyed being part of the excitement, too.
