#Anchorage Northbound New #SewardHighway is NOW OPEN to 1 lane. Crews will be opening the remaining lanes later tonight. Eastbound Tudor Rd. will close at 10pm for a new traffic configuration, reopening early Tues. morning. Be alert to new traffic patterns when traveling Tudor.

UPDATE: New Seward Highway NB lanes have CLOSED to all thru traffic due to safety concerns of the damaged girder. Please use alternative north/south corridors. This is in the interest safety to the highway users below. We will post more information as this situation develops.

Briggs Bridge on Eagle Loop Rd is currently closed so AWWU can replace a broken water main. As you can see, the work is extensive! Crews are working in a 24 foot excavated pit. They are making great progress, Briggs Bridge will reopen in approximately a week. #AlaskaEarthquake

A 9 am emergency water main break repair in W.Anchorage on 36th Ave. between Scarlet Place & Tanglewood Place will result in 42 properties without water. 36th Ave. will have a full road closure between Tanglewood Pl. & Scarlet Pl. Residents have been notified with door hangers.
