offered 6 month letterbox contact in APRIL at last contact with my son - STILL no application for the the adoption order from LA & he has ALREADY been told he wont see his Mummy until he is an adult. ARRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH
Happy 4th birthday baby, it breaks my heart I'm not with you but "Mummum" loves you more than all the grains of sand,on all the beaches,on all the world ❤️
"...You are wonderful, and You are enough....We have all done unforgivable things, but the sun always rises and is always beautiful...Practice gratitude, always...You don't need to choose mediocre but If you cant say anything nice....say it in French..... (C'est la f*@king Vie!)"
any ideas/ @familycourtinfo What legal action can a Respondent #FamilyLaw take if a professional expert admits to a serious mistake in court? Consequences of which are lifelong -Expert was engaged by the Applicant, a Local Authority @seethrujustice @justice4fams @Access2JusticeF

Really important English research exploring families' views and experiences of services when children become looked after. Unique insights showing imp of relationships, time, addressing poverty, silos of services and a lack of involvement in service design 👇 #familyrightsgroup

Good people of these British Isles.... can we please be totally clear on this one thing.....Addiction is NOT a moral deficiency..... But If you think that it is, well, I hope you believe in something - because something will need to save you from yourself one day!
This, just makes me so sad. My son came home, all was perfect - then he was removed by #socialworkers because #ReportingScientist made a mistake. Professionals insisted I was lying until the RS agreed error 1 year later in COA. No Duty of Care to us #beyondheartbreak ......

We agree that consistency in hair testing is variable between laboratories. Third party accreditation of all routine substances tested using an authority like United Kingdom Accreditation Service is essential; but take up by laboratories is also variable.
UKAS Accreditation for labs in the UK, as I am aware does NOT cover interpretation of results - and if there is any ambiguity - or, in my case mistakes and totally contradictory results - it is the 'Expert" interpretation that guides #socialwork #mentalhealth #judges

Participation in proficiency testing schemes is vital to demonstrate equivalence in performance across laboratories. Overall variation in analyses is decreasing. We recommend that when looking for a hair testing laboratory you ensure it is UKAS Accredited ISO/IEC 17025.
Hair testing in @FamilyCourtUk (including @FDAC_NU ) is UNREGULATED. EVERY result is wide open to personal interpretation of the individual Reporting Scientist and WHEN they make a mistake - even when they admit to doing so in @TheHighCourt it's still business a usual. HOW?

My LA bullied the foster carer into refusing an SGO when I applied....With the FC's FULL support. They told her I'd take her to court annually - despite me agreeing not to do that. she has now agreed to adopt my son, just 2 months after my application for the SGO....
But... I still don't exactly know how best to utilise a # or an @ #clueless
Back on twitter after an age....only logged in for a quick check - two hours reading later....🙄🤷🏼♀️
I wish this were true. No adoption order made, yet My son already told he won't see me again for many years... No news from LA on panels final decision either. Social media training? LA's just doing the basics would be a good start...

An in court admission from the "expert" that he was WRONG to report positive test results, yet his 'expert' opinion was relied on for a second time.
WHY?? #heartbroken #adoption #forensics #socialwork
1 judge decides my sons NON CONSENSUAL adoption (as I'm unable to prove a negative) -vs- x 3 for a local Criminal damage case. No words.
30.03.17....appellants notice a plcmnt order IN..- is it too much to expect some sort of answer now? @familylaw @FamilyLives @familylawweek
Appeals likely as 6,000 forensic samples retested 'data manipulation' - I have no words other than "family law".... thejusticegap.com/2017/05/ap…
