If you've been to Penn Station recently, you can see we're renovating the LIRR concourse, which includes raising the ceilings.
But to do that our team had to innovatively address the underground sewer boxes

We removed grade crossings, renovated stations, built new bridges, widened track bays & added new substations.
With all of that done, the LIRR Expansion Project now turns to building 9.8 miles of a new THIRD TRACK!🛤
