OMG!! I've spent over half an hour on the phone during five different calls speaking to bots desperately trying to speak to a human at @HMRCgovuk . Every time just ends up in a useless SMS before the bot hangs up! The Govt Gateway is not able to accept the change I need to make.

I askd @GrosvenorPoker to reopen my account from archive. I showed them driving license, utility bill and 3 payslips proving income. They now want to see bank statements from last 3 months - I give up, enough personal info shared just to be able to play $5 satellites. Rubbish!

And the only reason my account was archived was cos I suffered a hack last year. Hardly fair to be constrained due to actions that were not mine.

My @SkyBet account got hacked, the Sky fraud team refunded my lost money, login credentials changed, all good. Then a week letter I get the really short email below telling me my account is closed with no explanation! Yeah great customer service that, thanks a bunch @SkyBet

I’ve paid NI for my state pension, along with my salery related income tax, every single year, in full, of my working life, since I was 18 I’m 62 (44yrs & counting) & I’m still paying - now Labour are suggesting that moneys not mine but possibly someone else’s who’s never worked a single day!🤬

PENSIONS - Legally, the UK State Pension is a contributory benefit, not a guaranteed entitlement. Which is handy for Labour, because it means it could change that benefit to means tested. So the more you put in the less you will receive. Probably going to happen 😳

In 2022 he said he had a plan…. Little did we know that plan was to remove the little help that pensioners get to heat their homes. Perhaps his plan was to kill them off to help close the “black hole” in the finances.

Looking ahead to winter is frightening. I’ve met pensioners who have no idea how they’ll heat their homes. Parents who will have to skip meals so their kids can eat. The Tories are too busy fighting each other to notice. Labour has a plan that meets the scale of this crisis.
