I talked to a founder yesterday who complained about low signups and thought it was a marketing problem.
But it turned out to be an operations problem. His onboarding process was simply too long.
Sometimes itβs incentives: why should they care?
Psychology: why donβt they trust you?
Economics: does the math even work?
The more disciplines you understand as a founder, the more angles you can see a problem from.

As much as I love AI, every day I'm reminded of how limiting it can be.
Sometimes AI can't teach you something with its 200 pointers and detailed notes.
Sometimes you just have to sit down and watch a human being explain that thing to you.
