On Friday, October 9, 2026, a margin call will be applied during Start of Day processing equal to 10% of the Risk Charges for each margin tier Account. This bank holiday margin call will result in a collateral requirement in segregated futures accounts equal to the larger of (a) Daily Net Margins plus the 10% bank holiday margin call or (b) Customer Gross Margins. It’s worth noting that two of the biggest players of the holocaust industry were Leslie Wexner and Robert Maxwell.
Maxwell through his textbook company that dictated how Americans and europeans would learn about ww2.
And Wexner through the Wexner foundation and the many branches of it donated many many millions over the years.
Obviously because they both were very passionate about education.
Small thing called the Holocaust might have something to do with it. One of the most documented atrocities in recorded history. Perpetrated by one of the most evil figures in history who had widespread support not in a Third World country full of tribes in caves or jungles, but in a first world, esteemed, technologically advanced and educated country. With a Nazi ideology that captured a population to believe that annihilating the Jews of Europe and the world was a moral virtue.
Plus the Allied forces liberation of the camps who witnessed the horror firsthand, and the concerted efforts of the survivors and their family members to testify and bear witness to ensure it did not happen again.
Given all that, sounds perfectly reasonable that people who question whether or not we should’ve fought and defeated such evil forces that threatened the world order might raise an eyebrow or two.

Yes, under the new debt documents they are allowed to pay cash dividends totaling up to $50 million over the life of these facilities, but only if the conditions are met. It is permission, not a plan or a requirement to pay one.
The binding limit is the $50 million cumulative restricted-payments basket in the first-lien notes and the first-lien term loan. The second-lien basket is larger ($57.5 million), so it does not raise the cap. That $50 million is a lifetime total from October 5, 2026, not an annual amount, and it is shared with other restricted payments and parent loans made under the same clause.
They can use it for a cash dividend only if:
No event of default exists or would result from the payment.
The board declares it.
They have the cash and it is lawful under Delaware corporate rules (surplus/solvency).
No other remaining debt outside this refinancing has a tighter restriction that still applies.
So the documents allow a dividend of up to $50 million in total. They do not mean AMC will pay one, or that $50 million is available on top of other uses of that basket.
