At the grand old age of 47 and a bit I did my first park run today all followed by pancakes and meeting new people, Was a local one only 5000 miles to get here and 4 hours sleep, With @DanBurt92 running in the marathon tomorrow I did what all parents do and let him beat me 🤣

Have to admit I’m glad I’m not filling out a travel survey tonight as I’m really not enjoying the easyJet experience today!!!
Great to have the opportunity to play cricket yesterday and remind an ageing coach how hard the game really is!! The game was made all the better as I played with, and was outperformed by, four talented young women from our Ladies 1st XI. Well played ladies!!
