EUS-guided chemoablation with LSAM-PTX (NanoPac). Excellent resolution of a 4cm BD-IPMN. Immediate & a year later - continued durable response. Confident ablation > possible with a highly accurate diagnosis of cysts by EUS-endomicroscopy (nCLE) & fluid molecular analysis (NGS)
