Community is everything in web3💯 I don't think there are many people who would argue against this, but it's clear that many projects don't consider this a core pillar of their success & don't empower the people that make this happen Listen to the team members who are engaging with your community everyday. (and HAVE team members engage everyday 🫵) Listen to your players and your holders The challenge is balancing their feedback with the work you know is going on behind the scenes but, ESPECIALLY if you're building a game, you're probably hoping to build something people love Let them tell you what that is Proud to be working at @ForgotPlayland building an amazing game, with a team that is constantly striving to improve and keep their minds open to changes I'm stilling riding the high from our amazing FP Community Clash tournament - 16 players representing 8 amazing communities who have supported us along the way PLUS their individual qualifier tournaments It's amazing to see how community pride powered these players to perform at levels we haven't seen yet in the Attic, and the amount of support both FP and the participants received was inspiring THESE are the communities and the people we want engaging with our game and with our players. Lifting up others and having fun while staying competitive is exactly how all of web3 gaming should be viewing things until we break into the mainstream. Rising tide lifts all boats and all that jazz. I know I don't yap like this often, and if you made it past 280 characters I salute you 🫡 Building & grinding is great, but also LISTEN I bet every person who's spent some of their time to offer you feedback, or just keep the vibes high in your community, has something to teach you & web3 still has so much to learn.
