I can imagine she is trying to adapt to the business model and relationship many brands have with influencers where they send product in exchange for a tag which can help their brand and/or product reach a new customer base. This isn't new or unheard of.

It's interesting to see that so many people have no clue who GiGi Hunter is. She is everything knitwear. In the 90s and 2000's everyone wanted to get their hands on her pieces including Beyoncé, Jada Pinkett Smith, Mya, Ciara, JLo and more.
