❤️ A Prayer for Our Nation 🇺🇸 🙏May Revival Begin With Us🙏 Heavenly Father, Today we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our nation and asking for Your mercy, forgiveness, and healing. Lord, our country is hurting. Division has replaced unity in so many places. Anger has drowned out compassion. Truth is often compromised, evil is celebrated, and hearts have grown weary from the constant turmoil around us. But Father, before we ask You to change our nation, help us remember that revival begins with us. Before we ask You to heal our land, help us be willing to let You heal our hearts. Search our hearts, Lord. Forgive us for the times we have allowed pride to replace humility, anger to overcome love, and fear to become greater than our faith. Forgive us when we have been quicker to condemn than to pray, quicker to argue than to listen, and more concerned with winning battles than winning souls for Christ. Father, we do not ask You to bless what is wrong. We ask You to give us the courage to stand for what is right, the wisdom to recognize what is true, and the grace to do both with hearts that reflect Jesus. Your Word reminds us: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” — Ephesians 6:12 KJV Lord, help us remember who the real enemy is. When we encounter those who oppose what we believe, remind us that they are not beyond the reach of Your grace. Help us stand firmly against evil without allowing hatred, bitterness, or anger to take root in our own hearts. May we never become so consumed with fighting the darkness that we forget we are called to shine Your light. Raise up leaders who seek righteousness over power, truth over popularity, and service over personal gain. Give them wisdom, humility, discernment, and the courage to do what is right, even when doing so is difficult. Protect our children. Strengthen our families. Defend the innocent. Comfort those who are suffering. Watch over our military, first responders, and all who put themselves in harm’s way to protect others. Lord, where there is hatred, help us demonstrate love. Where there is deception, bring truth into the light. Where there is injustice, raise up those willing to stand against it. And where there is hopelessness, remind us that no nation, no heart, and no circumstance is beyond Your power to redeem. Father, we know that the greatest healing our nation needs cannot come from Washington, an election, a political party, or any earthly leader. It must begin with hearts turning back to You. So let that turning begin with us. Revive Your Church, Lord. Awaken hearts that have grown indifferent. Restore our hunger for Your Word, our desire to walk in obedience to You, and our compassion for those who do not yet know You. Help us remember that we are not called to overcome evil by becoming like it. We are called to overcome evil with good. We are called to speak truth in love, stand for righteousness with humility, and demonstrate the character of Christ even when the world around us does not. And when the darkness seems overwhelming, remind us that the Light of Christ has never been overcome by darkness. We place our nation in Your hands, Father. Not because we deserve Your mercy, but because we desperately need it. Lord, forgive us. Humble us. Awaken us. Unite us in what is good and righteous. Teach us to love what You love, reject what You call evil, and seek Your will above our own. And please, Father, heal our la In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. ❤️🇺🇸🙏 “Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.” — Romans 12:21 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”2 Chronicles 7:14
