By far the most important vendor relationship a real estate investor/developer/operator needs is a good banker. Find one who cares, acts quickly, has credibility with their risk adjudicators, and thinks ahead to eliminate issues before they happen. How do you find a good banker?
Call real estate lawyers who close the biggest transactions. Ask them who they love to work with. How do you find those kinds of lawyers?
