All due legal procedures were followed and they were produced before the SEM Court, Delhi Cantt on 11.10.2026. I urge @DelhiPolice to take immediate action on my pending criminal complaint against Dhruv Rathee under Sections 196 and 299 of the BNS for spreading misinformation about Hindu Deities, including Bhagwan Shri Ram and Sita Maa. The Ld. CJM’s direction to file an Action Taken Report remains uncomplied with by Delhi Police. If action is further delayed, I shall be constrained to approach the Hon’ble Delhi High Court again.
