again, this shows people don’t read the interviews. Several of the guys who went in the room and did nothing to the girl, said they went to check and ensure she was ok. She was happy and consenting so they left. You think it’s up to one frat member to go “shut down” a consensual sex act between adults? How does that look? Also, guy 3 did shut it down and kicked everyone out of his room. He’s still being sued.

Tonight, @KGWNews posted an update to their Braiden Bell story that grossly mischaracterized the online dialogue the original story sparked.
The conversation is whether reporters should be digging into tweets someone posted when they were underage. Not whether a person should face punishment for something that was said years ago.
Those are not the same thing.
