If you struggle with exercise, just remember that the effort to START exercising is WAY more than the exercise itself.
Force yourself to go on a 5 minute walk outside every day.
Before you know it, you'll be walking way way way way way way longer, all the time, with 0 effort.

a) methylene blue can make you feel better by acting as an MAO inhibitor, and no one knows what doses are required for this but it is probably lower than many people claim.
b) methylene blue can be hormetic and antimicrobial by generating hydrogen peroxide.
c) methylene blue can relieve blocks in your respiratory chain and thereby boost your ATP production *if* you need it, but if you *don't* need it, it will make your ATP production less efficient.
