Hope everyone has an amazing time @BBCSPOTY this evening! Sad to be missing it this year but logistically pretty tricky. Training is very much the priority and getting myself in the best place to race in 2020! 💪🏼🇬🇧 I shall be watching from my sofa this year! ❤️#SPOTY

Damian was one of my mental health students when I was lucky enough to teach at @AF_amputation he is the coolest, bravest, most inspiring guy...he leaves me so inspired and I love watching his journey
Damian lost his entire leg when he was just 17 due to bone cancer. But never on to say no to a challenge, he and a group of amputees have climbed Mount Kilimanjaro 🤩🏔️
