We reinforced the 24-year relationship between the Arkansas National Guard and Guatemala through the @DeptofWar State Partnership Program. Together, we are advancing shared efforts to combat narco-trafficking and transnational criminal organizations, strengthen military capacity, and support a safer, more secure Western Hemisphere.
