BREAKING: WE HAVE A CONTRACT! Yesterday, our members voted overwhelming to ratify our first union contract. We’re so proud of our union’s solidarity and commitment, and we could not have done it without our community standing with us during our strike. 1/

BREAKING: The Museum’s current wage offer fails to recognize our contribution as museum staff. Our union has been forced to file unfair labor practice charges against the Museum because of their refusal to bargain fairly.
Together, through unionization, we have won significant gains, such as higher wages with guaranteed annual increases, safeguarded health benefits, and a legally enforceable grievance procedure. ESSENTIAL CINEMA. ESSENTIAL WORKERS.
