It is absolute chaos. At dawn, the children brought a dead dove inside the house and told me not to eat it. After that, they wept, saying it reminded them of their father.

Day 3 without ao3.
The children are turning against me. They are wasting rations and clawing at the walls.
I tried to soothe them by reading a story from fanfiction dot netโฆ but they did not like it. At all. They still want their father.

One of the children tried to replace their father already. They introduced me to someone named โwattpadโ and guaranteed he would fill the hole in my heart their father left behind.
Needless to say, it didnโt work out.
I must go forage now.
Despite having 'slept' under less than favorable circumstances, he awoke some hours later feeling surprisingly refreshed he was able to go about the rest of his day in relatively high spirits.
