The potential impact of this RCT is huge. First one to prove that exercise has benefits equal to many standard treatments for cancer. Wow! Congrats to #ChrisBooth, #KerryCourneya eg al. Go Canada! nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NE…

This was a great project to be a part of. One of the lessons I learned from this work is how casually the term “quality of life” is included in documentation without any text to support what contributes to an individuals perceived quality of life.
This Cohort Study by @Michael_Detsky et al revealed that physicians often failed to document the goals/priorities of their pts when making treatment recs. Lots of room to improve in documenting #CodeStatus discussions and recommendations.

I watch this video every #HolocaustRemembranceDay. And I cry every time, because it revives my hope in humanity!

What a gutsy effort, classic desperation playoff hockey. Great experience, bruins fans were awesome. On to game 6.
We saw the second preview of @stereobway tonight. EXCEPTIONAL THEATRE! All but one member of the cast are having their bway debuts. They are all great. It’s a limited run. Don’t miss out; go see it.
Preprints are the future. As @jsross119 Chris booth and I argued in a recent paper in @JournalGIM future academic leaders in health care will drop their insistence on publishing in low tier journals that charge processing fees and take forever to review.

i thoroughly agree. He is hands down the best in my biased opinion. Provides great patient care. Always takes care of arranging follow-ups (coughs, unlike many sub-specialists), smart, practical, and actually a very funny guy !!
