Sunday is always a favorite & today had a little more to it because we celebrated communion.
People from different places in life getting up & moving forward. From a place of thankfulness and remembrance. It’s a picture of when people pursue something bigger than themselves.
Cooking pancakes not my sweet spot…breakfast with a bunch of guys from Prairie Heights definitely is!
Ever meet someone and feel like you knew them forever? That is @pastor_arthur for me. Just two executive pastors leaning into leadership and our purpose!
5 years ago today I walked away from 30 years in college athletics.
I didn’t leave because I stopped loving it. I left because I was called to something else.
I still remember the ache in my heart the day I made that call.
I’ve been quiet on here for a while-that ends today. 🧵⤵️
Five years later I wouldn’t change a thing and it’s full speed ahead. The only difference is I’m #firedup to share more of all the awesome things that I get to be part of!
I knew it the first time I watched a player I was coaching start coaching and leading his teammates.
That’s when I realized helping leaders grow was what I was made for.
Today I help leaders embrace their identity and pursue what they were made to do. Same passion and impact.

The myth is that there isn't enough time. There is plenty of time. There isn't enough focus with the time you have. You win by directing your attention toward better things.

The edge is in the inputs.
The person who consumes from better sources, gets better thoughts. The person who asks better questions, gets better answers. The person who builds better habits, gets better results.
It’s not the outcomes. It’s the inputs.

Start slow if you have to. Start small if you have to. Start privately if you have to.
Just start.

In general…
When I’m looking at a screen, I feel like I need more.
When I’m looking at nature, I feel like I have enough.

Ideas are like dreams; they will disappear unless we record them.
Write a book, start a podcast, build a brand—anything that makes your ideas real.

If we held a minute of silence for every victim of the Holocaust we would be silent for 11 and a half years. #NeverAgain
