What day it was! Ladera Davis ACM Program Coordinator was at Career Day at Kimball Elementary School in Southeast Washington, D.C., where she served on a panel speaking with first-grade students about her role as a Program Coordinator with the Alliance of Concerned Men. In collaboration with DYRS Department of Youth Rehabilitation OSHA/Carpentry Program we are getting our participants acclimated, completing intakes, pre-tests, and workforce assessments.  We are preparing our students for real life experiences and team work.  👏👏🎉 #DMV

What a celebration completion of the OSHA 30 - 12 week 1st building trades Cohort in May, now the majority of these applicants moved on to paid internship of 7 1/2 weeks 150 hours. When that is completed, we look forward to helping them find full time employment!❤️👏🎉#DMV
