So Spain can deport 60,000 illegal immigrants in 48 hrs by enforcing their borders. No HMO's, no welfare benefits, no 3 year wait, no appeals. Strong, tough, immediate action. So why cant we enforce our borders like that? Why is the UK taxpayer being fleeced? Weak, useless.

@BBC2 FightingthephonesSnatchers. Perhaps if so many didn’t walk the streets glued to their phones, it would make the snatchers crime more difficult. I’m not condoning this crime, but we could help by not making it so easy!

25th October 2025 marks 40 years to the day that I moved into this house with my lovely young, pregnant wife. A day to remember, sadly the 23rd October was less happy memory of when I lost her after 50 glorious years. Still missed.

Should add that a few minutes later Whiskey 3 pulled up and the crew lifted me into to the back of the WD response car and pretended to drive off. Have a photograph somewhere. Of course knew the crew well but my wife didnt know that.

Again this year, I will not be investing in The Royal Mail by sending Christmas Cards, where a stamp is nearly same price as a card. So instead have donated to Crisis and The Salvation Army. So many worthwhile causes, but that is my choice for this year.
