It's almost 3am, and Fun World is still bursting crackers and blasting music. The Supreme Court has prohibited bursting crackers between 10pm and 6am, and loudspeakers can't run past midnight even with special permission. I understand occasions call for some flexibility, but not at this hour. There are hospitals nearby and senior citizens and children living all around.
