When occupational safety and health laws are ignored, workers pay the price first.
⚠️ But the damage does not stop there: responsible businesses are undercut by competitors who cut corners, families lose income, productivity suffers, and entire sectors risk a race to the bottom.
Workplace safety starts with action.
In Mpumalanga, South Africa, a sawmill inspection found workers exposed to rain, mud, dust and unsafe conditions without adequate protective equipment.
“We can’t just say, we have seen this and we do nothing.”
⚠️ Safe work is decent work.

Because protecting health workers protects everyone!
