How often have you actually visited a 'Web 3' Website? Most people that think they've done that, have only visited older type websites with web3 info or platform gateway services.

My @LinkedIn account got restricted initially following a notice that a post I made was offering 'Restricted Goods or Services'. Then @LinkedInHelp said I wasn't verified (which I was), and then I got passed to some guy called Levin, who said I'd been sending out too many invitations despite warnings and had been using bots, which 1. isn't true, and 2. has nothing to do with the original reason given for restriction. Now a year and some on, I've been given a new appeal about the same thing.
