Cynical Publius describes it so well. This is almost verbatim independent verification of Chapter 20 in UNELECTED, but he makes it way easier to understand and follow. Please read for how it all works.

Elon Musk reveals that an ex-Tesla employee who assaulted a woman for stepping on his prayer rug went on to kill three students in Austin. MUSK: "We had someone who was working at the Tesla factory in Austin until December of last year. He was fired because he assaulted a woman who stepped on his prayer rug in the factory. Okay. So she wasn't expecting anyone to be praying in the factory, and he was praying in the factory. She accidentally stepped on his prayer rug, and he assaulted her. He violently assaulted her. So he was fired for that, and then a few months later, he went and killed three students in a bar in downtown Austin. Now, I think we shouldn't let people like that into the country. Do you?"

Elon Musk builds rockets because he read Heinlein. Now people are starting to understand the importance of rockets. We need to make them understand the importance of Heinleins.

WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE. I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive. Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.) Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines. We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench. This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches. They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

I didn't go to college until I was 30. This gave me a chance to see it with the perspective of an adult. One lecture in Industrial Psychology, in particular, I will never forget. The professor spoke about how an effective job description focused on concretely measurable tasks, not vague instructions, or characteristics. For example, "maintain an 85% or greater average on customer feedback surveys", instead of "be cheerful and upbeat", or even "interact positively with customers". This means that goals are clear, and performance is measurable. A job is to do something, not be something. Once some of the students had wrapped their minds around this concept, the professor decided to do a class exercise. He asked the female students to come up with a job description for "husband". At first, this went fine. The girls noodled around a bit with things they wanted their husbands to be (tall, etc), but he was able to gradually steer them towards describing what they wanted in terms of actions. But then he asked the male students to define a wife in the same way. And all the girls became upset. Some of them had full-on meltdowns. Every single thing that a male student wanted, or expected, from his hypothetical future wife was sexist, oppressive, old-fashioned, misogynistic, patriarchal, etc. They were literally screaming. Some of them in tears. And I realized something pretty quickly. It wasn't the actual, concrete responsibilities of the female role that they objected to. It was the idea of there being a female role at all, with any attached responsibilities. These women didn't want to be wives. They wanted to be pets. What's a pet? Well a pet is not a wife, or a friend. A pet is a creature of instinct, which you bring into your home because you like how it naturally behaves. You get a cat because you want to behave like a cat, and do things a cat naturally does, like play with string, and purr when you pet him. If he's smart, he'll adapt to you somewhat, but he doesn't have responsibilities other than "be a cat". If you get a wife, you get a wife so she will do things for you, specific things that are the responsibilities of wife, like care for your home, bear and raise your children, cook nutritious meals so you don't have to eat processed slop, look after your emotional well-being, and so on. These girls didn't want to be held responsible for those things. As married women, they might have anticipated doing some of them, but only some of the time. Only when they felt like it. The cat chases the string if and when it wants to, not because chasing the string is its job. These young millenial women didn't realize it, but they wanted to be pets. And that's what they were in their college relationships. They hung out with guys when they wanted to, had sex with them when they wanted to, broke up with them for someone new when they wanted to. Their relationships had no element of reciprocal responsibilities. They were perfectly at home with the idea of men having responsibilities to them, but they would repay those men if they chose, and how they chose, not how the men actually wanted. And as I've said twice already, someone you have responsibilities to, but who has none to you, is a pet, or a child. Since our ancestors, in a moment of foolishness and weakness, allowed women to vote, it is no longer legal to dole out the corrective spankings a great many of them both need and read pornographic novels about. Therefore, the corrective measure, for any man who finds himself with a pet instead of a wife, is to withdraw from any husbandly duties and start actively searching for alternatives. This can either result in a correction of the behavior, or the end of a relationship that offers no value. Either is acceptable. This may strike some of you as dishonorable, but there is no honor in keeping a broken pact, or in serving those who despise you. Men must have the pride and self-worth to say "I will be honored and respected, or I will depart to a place where I can be, even if I must be alone there." Men must honor and respect themselves.

During Mak's annual physical his PCP brings up the vaccines he needs. I politely told them I have a religious exemption on file with both them & the schools. Appointment ends. As we are walking out a nurse jumps in front of me with a clipboard saying I needed to sign the new vaccine policy saying I understand that if 2x in a row a refuse vaccination we WILL BE KICKED OUT of the office!! I took the clipboard, walked into an empty exam room to read it. She followed & shut the door. After a minute asked if I had any questions. I said yes "Does Pedicatic Healthcare Associates have a good lawyer? We're leaving now" Before we got home I got a phone call & message in his patient portal from his PCP & a call from 1 of the heads of the practice. ALL wanted to speak with me to "RESOLVE & EXPLAIN" what the CONSEQUENCES of NOT consenting will be. I NEVER replied. I will NOT allow them to kick my sons out of the PCP they've had since birth. That's connected to their specialist & pediatric urgent care. I will NOT be BULLIED into vaccinating MY sons. I will NOT be THREATENED into vaccinating MY sons. I will FIGHT back on the Vaccine Policy. I will SPEAK UP to EXPOSE what they are doing to parents & patients.

“36,025 fake degrees sold while awarding only 5,455 real ones” That means that ~85% of all Indians in America have fraudulent degrees.
INDIA JUST PUBLISHED THE EXACT LIST OF WHAT THEY WERE SELLING TO GET INTO AMERICAN WORKPLACES Not vague fraud. Not "some bad actors." NAMED CREDENTIALS. SPECIFIC INSTITUTIONS. Field by field. 🇮🇳 Medicine — fake medical degrees sold to applicants seeking hospital jobs in the US, UK, France, and Canada 🇮🇳 Nursing — counterfeit nursing certificates with fake seals, fake holograms, fake registrar signatures 🇮🇳 Engineering — forged engineering credentials specifically engineered to pass employer verification 🇮🇳 One institution — 36,025 fake degrees sold while awarding only 5,455 real ones 🇮🇳 Price per fake credential — as little as $1,400 🇮🇳 Total seized — 100,000+ counterfeit certificates from 22 universities 🇮🇳 Suspects arrested — 11, across multiple Indian states 🇮🇳 Estimated fakes still in circulation — 1,000,000 🇮🇳 H-1B approvals going to Indian nationals — 71% of all approvals in FY2024 🇮🇳 H-1B holders who ended up in junior or entry-level positions — 83% during Biden's term 💀 11 arrests 💀 22 universities implicated 💀 ZERO of the credentials targeted military bases or government facilities 💀 100% civilian workforce infiltration — hospitals, engineering firms, tech companies Every credential on this list was designed to place someone in a job that requires skills they never actually proved they had. Not contractors. WORKERS IN AMERICAN WORKPLACES. Ken Paxton's investigation is still running. These are the credentials it was built to find. I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

Here, I'll make this make sense. Ever see one of those fight videos where a woman keeps slapping some long-suffering dude until he finally loses patience and sits her down on the pavement with a single right cross? Go find one. Look at her face. Before all the crying. See that? Utter shock. She's completely and utterly flabbergasted that someone dude finally laid one on her. She never expects it, no matter what she was doing five seconds before, or for fifteen years before. She never even considers the possibility. No matter what, she always reacts to that ass-kicking as if it just fell out of the sky. Understand why, and a great deal of women's behavior won't seem so bizarre. Women never participated in tribal warfare. They were prizes, not contestants. They may have sometimes had a vested interest in the outcome. Or, judging by the books they read, they may have sometimes simply preferred whoever was better at violence. Neither of these ideas is the point. The point is that the violence was not directed at them. This is how women's hardwiring evolved. To most women, violence is something that happens to other people. They walk around in an invisible bubble labelled "non-combatant", believing this will keep them safe. Often, it will. Women are targeted for violence far less often than men. They are far safer walking around at night, sketchy area or not. We know this. We have the numbers. This means that women are seldom afraid of actual violence even when they should be (because far less is not zero). Because to a great number of them, violence simply isn't real. What they fear is loss of status within the tribe. Social threats, unlike physical threats, are immediately, viscerally real to them, always. So is quite possible for a woman to be more afraid of an icky guy hitting on her, which reduces her social status, a threat she believes in, than a man pointing a gun at her, a threat which she doesn't. This may sound unbelievable. It may sound incredible. You may be asking yourself what kind of retard looks down the barrel of a handgun and never considers the possibility that a guy willing to point it at you might be willing to press the trigger. But retardation has nothing to do with it. Most of how we think about risk is hardwired in, and it takes a great deal of training to actually think about that risk in a mathematical or abstract way instead of using the feelings you have in your tum-tum. Thinking about risk using data rather than feels is so difficult for humans that there is an entire career path (actuary) for doing just that one thing. The vast majority of Western women have never been punched in the face. Not never in their adult lives, but actually never, period, full stop. So when men talk about violence... risks, motivations, costs, benefits, needs... they simply have no idea what we are even talking about. Violence is an abstraction to them. A theory. But loss of social status is a real and daily terror. This why women will cheer for the destruction of civilization rather than disagree with their friends.
Guy who asked me out is scarier than the guy who robbed me at gun point. Woman logic.

The days of relying on Washington to investigate its own dark-money networks are over. If they had any interest in exposing this machine, it would have happened years ago. We used to need armies of investigators and stacks of files to trace these pipelines. Now, with AI and open-source data, you can do what government agencies apparently won’t. @DataRepublican proved that a single dedicated citizen can map out entire unelected systems influencing our elections and policy. Imagine what happens if 10,000 citizens stop waiting for permission, pick up these tools, and start mapping out these networks themselves. That is how we dismantle this machine. Not from the top down in Washington, but from the bottom up.
