The kind of team you don’t bet against

Set goals you can actually reach and celebrate them. Small wins stacked over time create the big wins everyone else calls luck. This isn’t the first web project 9F built for a client. But it is the first one a client ordered directly through my personal account. It’s just one of many orders we handle every month but somehow it made me feel like i just achieved something huge. Feels good. Feels like the brand i’m building is finally starting to work.

Data isn’t sexy until you lose it. At 9F Studio, one of the biggest reasons we’ve survived while many Web3 artists/studios disappeared is because we store 100% of our client data. But it didn’t come easy. We literally had two fulltime team members doing nothing but checking, logging, and organizing client info every day. It was painful, time consuming but it kept us alive. Then we changed everything. WE BUILT A WEBSITE. Every inquiry, every message, every lead, all stored in one place. You don’t need to DM, chase, or type manually anymore. If you have a proper website, your system will do the data work for you. Why does this matter? Because data is the only bridge that connects you to your audience when everything else breaks. We learned that the hard way when our X account got suspended and our Discord was hacked. Overnight, we lost all contact with our clients, no emails, no records, nothing. That’s when we realized: - Followers aren’t yours. - Discord members aren’t yours. - Only your data is truly yours.
