I needed more #StrangerThings In my life so did a Running Up That Hill remix with a synthwave twist. My original video with Max's escape was blocked within 30 seconds 😔, so audio only I'm afraid.

#SegaGamesEveryDay2022 202/365: Gokujō Parodius Da! Deluxe Pack
Two Parodius classics in one awesome pack! With countless Konami references, pastiches and just plain random stuff, they're a joy to play and behold.
It even got a PAL release!

Honestly I don't have much to say about this video other than it took me a REALLY long time to make.

I'm writing an Alien: Isolation companion book, including a ridiculously in-depth analysis/commentary of the entire game, level by level. You can order a hardback copy (and help me get it printed) using the link below. unbound.com/books/perfect-or…

My Switch collection is mainly digital but I couldn't resist grabbing a physical copy of Horgihugh And Friends!
A cute #Shmup with some cool names behind it.

Sega's mascot is 31 years old this week so starting #MasterSystemMonday with the game that introduced me to him.
In some ways I feel like this 8bit version's better than the Mega Drive original
Do you?

In what will be the last Mega Driver Mega Blog post for a while, I look to right a decades old wrong and explain once and for all why the Mega Drive port of Street Fighter 2 was superior to the SNES one.

Found a nice cheap copy of Modern Warfare (2019). Initial disc install 35gb. 85gb 'update' then I have to have an Activision account to get past the title screen and access another 10gb DL for the campaign, another 10gb for spec ops and another 23gb compatibility pack. FUCK OFF!
