Jamaica doesn’t make sense at all. Just opened an account pon TWITTER, setup direct, deposited cash. I am able to do a transfer from twitter but can’t open an account in my country of birth.

Lawyers don’t need to be involved in small scale residential purchases. The system needs to change. So many persons after having found a down payment have to now worry about lawyer fees (which is percentage based) that makes it so much harder. Realtor & Banker only.
