85th Braid Scouts

Last night we had an evening on UK Parliament @UKParliament @YourUKParl for a slightly late #ukparliamentweek but it tied in perfectly to vote for the scouts candidates in Scottish Youth Parliament #SYP @scvotweet @CYPCS @OfficialSYP @scouts @ScoutsScotland @ScoutsMSYPs

Here is Roger Chen, our former scout, a candidate for Scottish Youth Parliament. He’s talking here about why to vote for him. We have our codes and will vote this Thursday night #ScottishYouthParliament @9thBraidScouts @103Scouts @sesscouts @scouts @ScoutsScotland @ScoutsMSYPs – at Edinburgh, Scotland

Well they did it - they found a builders sack in the bushes halfway through and put all their rubbish bags in and filled it with dog poo bags and other rubbish, all in just 1 hour around the pond #Edinburgh @earthhour @sesscouts #fundraising @WWF @ScoutsScotland @worldscouting

Today we took 14 scouts from 85th braid to Apple Store Edinburgh where they learned some coding using the @SwiftPlayground app on iPads. Hour long session. Suitable for 10+ but even older scouts got something out of it. #apple #edinburgh #skills4life @sesscouts @ScoutsScotland

11 scouts and 1 young leader joined the satellite camp @BAJamborette 2022. Our 1st time there - my 1st time leading camp. Quite the experience. They loved trading woggles and badges with scouts from all over the world - Country fair, Campfire, pirate party #jamborette @sesscouts
