@volkswagenindia why is the owner book of your cars so devoid of any info? Example, It doesn’t even have a service schedule or details on lubricants, lighting spec or even wiper blade size. These are very basic details to be shared with car owners (1/n)

Now my service center guy calls to schedule second service at 6 month. While MyVolkswagen app shows next service after a year. This is user editable schedule and SC keeps telling that schedule is wrong. Do you really expect to keep calling customer care for such matters!
