BNB Smart Chain. Holders vote on the tax annually. 79% of supply vested to the community. LP locked. Audited. No presale, no VCs. All checkable on chain.

Joined August 2025
7SEVYN is a community governed token on BNB Smart Chain. Holders vote every year on the tax rate, 1 to 10 percent, and on how it splits. One wallet, one vote, no matter the size, above a minimum the community sets itself. 79 percent of supply is vested to the community until 2031, not cancellable, not transferrable. Liquidity is locked on UNCX. Fixed supply of 77 billion with no mint function. The developer wallet is locked, capped per sale, and can never be exempted from tax. Independently audited, all findings resolved. Every one of those claims is public and checkable. The owner of this contract cannot mint, cannot blacklist, cannot pause trading, cannot stop you selling, and cannot upgrade the code. None of those functions exist, and it is not a proxy. What it can do is change the fee split once a year within a hard 10% cap, and move the Fair Access limits within coded floors. Both lists are worth knowing before you buy anything.

A vote with no published limits is not governance, it is a suggestion box. If nobody says what holders can actually decide, what is fixed, and who carries out the result, then the answer is whoever holds the keys.

A vote only means something if it has edges. What holders can decide, what is fixed, how it gets counted, and who carries it out. Most projects say governance. Far fewer publish where the limits are.

Fair question to end on, and the one we get most. The answer is cost, not detection. Extra votes mean moving tokens into new wallets, and every transfer pays the tax. Buying votes has a price, and it goes up with the size of the holder. The threshold decides that price. Holders vote on it first, December 1.
What if holding more tokens didn't automatically mean having more voting power? That's the idea behind @7sevyncrypto 's governance model. Every eligible wallet gets one vote, whether it holds 10M or 10B tokens. Holders also vote annually on the transaction tax, choosing a rate between 1% and 10%. The interesting part isn't just that the community gets a say. It's how that say is structured. One question worth asking: how do you keep one-wallet-one-vote fair when one person can control multiple wallets? That's the governance challenge worth discussing.

A large unlocked supply sitting in a wallet is the thing that ends most projects. It can move any day and you find out afterwards. Ours is on UNCX. Not cancellable, not transferrable, one year cliff then sixteen equal releases through July 2031. You can read the dates before you buy rather than after.

A wallet holding a billion tokens and a wallet just over the threshold get the same one vote. No delegation, no weighting. The largest holder cannot outvote the room. What holders vote on is the tax: the rate inside the coded 1 to 10 range and how it splits across reflections, liquidity and growth. That happens once a year. First up is setting the minimum holding threshold to vote at all, and it opens on Snapshot December 1. We are taking suggestions on that threshold until October 31. If you hold, what number do you think it should be?

The hardest thing about building slowly is that it looks identical to doing nothing, right up until it does not.

Reputation only costs something if people stick around long enough to remember. Short holding periods mean short memories, which is most of why the same behaviour keeps working

A pump and dump needs a few specific things to work. Supply someone can accumulate quietly, liquidity they can exit through, and no cost to moving fast. Worth knowing what those conditions look like before you buy anything. 7SEVYN removes most of them, and the video covers the one limit we cannot remove.

The annual vote exists because we did not want to be the ones deciding the economics forever. Not because we could not, because it is not ours to decide.

Everything in this space is measured over days. Almost nothing worth building happens on that timescale, which is why so little of it gets built.

The minimum holding required to vote is still open for suggestions. It is the one decision that shapes every vote after it, so worth getting right. Suggestions close 31 October, reply here or in Telegram or Discord.

There is a reason nobody holds anything for long. Most projects give you no reason to. That is a design problem, not a discipline problem, and it is fixable.

Community input wanted. The first 7SEVYN holder vote sets the minimum amount a wallet must hold in order to vote. We could have written the options ourselves, but handing people a ballot we chose is not really governance. So tell us what the number should be, and why. Reply here, DM us, or post in Telegram or Discord. Suggestions close 31 October.

The full process: Now to 31 Oct, collecting suggestions everywhere. 3 to 9 Nov, first round polls in Telegram and Discord. 10 to 16 Nov, second round poll here on X between the leaders. 17 Nov, final four options announced. 1 Dec, holder vote opens on Snapshot.

Most of what gets described as crypto culture is one language and one region. Spend any time building outside it and the defaults are completely different, the chains people use, what they consider normal, what they never think about.

A fixed supply only means something if nothing can create more. That is a different check, and it takes about thirty seconds. 7SEVYN has no mint function at all, 77 billion tokens, and 79 percent of them vested to the community through 2031.
