The culture of parent blaming. There’s more but keeping nice and short. But you get the picture. Blame parent. But take no responsibility whatsoever for your own inability to support a disabled person. What a load of f bolox. 😔😔😔😔

How dare you, you have absolutely no idea of how autism works, I have an autistic son and am autistic myself. Get with the plan, yeah.

He was using Makaton which is the way of communication for autistic people, so yes, regardless of what certain ā€˜non experts’ (ie D Jackson) claims, he was autistic. This predator is a creepy as hell old man, ignore him everyone else does!

No need for Sharron to claim that someone who has autism and learning difficulties is ā€˜stupid or depressed’! She is a deplorable human!

No it isn’t but it explains how the poor man had no danger awareness and was totally unaware of what could happen. And no, it’s not an ā€˜over reaction’. You’ve clearly never had any experience of autism, until you do your opinion is irrelevant.

And definitely stop sticking people in long term segregation.
President Prof Subodh Dave responds to the Independent Review into mental health conditions, ADHD & autism in England: ā€œMillions of people have had their lives turned upside down by poor mental health, including illnesses and neurodevelopmental conditions that are often severe, disabling and overlapping. We must reduce unacceptably long waiting lists for high-quality assessments and improve access to specialist treatments.ā€ Read more: shorturl.at/B16vK

In last2Days I had to relieve the psychological trauma the mental mechanical verbal physical chemical abuse my son endured at the hands of private mental health care workers at the So called ATUs. Assessment treatment units. I did not sleep all night last night because of it all was going on in my brain 🧠 the constant brain activity of memory’s that was the horrible torment my son went through and more then that , that can’t talk about. I thought I was able to talk through what happened to my son Stephen without crying and the feeling of helplessness but it turns out it’s as vivid as it was . How can we move forwards? How can I move forward how can my beautiful son move forward with what those people did to him? He can’t. Because if it’s hard for me whereby I can be vocal about it and I can’t forget how are my boy to do it if he can’t understand what happened to him? How can any of us who’s sons and daughters were put in those godforsaken mental hospitals move forward? How do we do it? Who’s going to stop listen and write about us? And tell it word for word of what happened to my son and yours? Will that help us? Would telling it the word for word be a good thing and will it finally help with our mental anguish? I know I went public with what was happening with my son in the last 12 years, but when you tell your story to the bbc itv or the other tv channels or newspapers it’s only a sliver of the story it’s not the whole story it’s not how our children suffered and continue to suffer with the huge trauma. It’s not how we parents can’t get past the hate. The heartbreak and the heartache that we live every f**++ day, those people who abused my child living their f**++ lives free of guilt , yet I live every day with this guilt some days are so f**++ hard to get out of bed because the guilt you are going through is so f***g overwhelming and all you want and beg is please end it now. I can’t bear anymore. When I sit near my son and he is hyperventilating and crying because he is having a flashback a memory and saying no man no man. And at that I want to go find those F*** who hurt my baby Huge apologies for my language. . @mencap_charity @CBFdn @RightfulLives @right2homeUK @StrippedOf @nikkijfox @JayneMcCubbinTV @islingtongztte @Autism @Saba_Salman

7 runs. 7 days. Millions raised for charity and every step of the way he’s carrying a friendship, a promise and hope for families facing MND. Watching Super Kevin Sinfield go again and again this week has been amazing. His friendship with Rob Burrow has moved so many of us and through these extraordinary challenges he reminds us about what it means to keep turning up. If you can, please donate. I am often asked what my priority would be if I was the prime minister. 1. Build 5 large modern day prisons. 2. While the prisons are under construction I would recruit 10,000 police and place them through a detailed training program to make their jobs recognised professionals. 3. While the prisons are being built.Recruit prison officers and make and pay them into respected professionals. 4. I would find the money by cutting back on military expenditure. In fact I would offer soldiers to apply for police or prison officer jobs. 5. My understanding of asylum seekers is that if they are trying to leave an oppressed county where they are in danger, they are supposed to go to nearest safe county. The people arriving on the shores of the UK have passed through plenty of safe countries. I would ask the Royal Navy to stop them arriving. Comments please . No jokers thanks Lord Sugar

Just watched the speech in full. One of the best, and most powerfully delivered, by a British politician in a very long time. If he can deliver on his passion and promises, Burnham could be a transformative Prime Minister. But it’s a big ā€˜if’ …
I will build the Britain my dad wanted to see.

Paula McGowan OBE has told Sky's she felt 'betrayed' and 'disgusted' after discovering that her late son's medical records had been accessed by NHS staff unrelated to his care. Oliver was an 18-year-old autistic man who died in hospital in 2016

Zohran Mamdani is not messing around. Reporter: "Are you serious about arresting Netanyahu?" Mamdani: "100% yes." Reporter: "Trump said he won't." Zohran: "I'll meet with Trump and make a point of telling him that Netanyahu has an ICC arrest warrant for war crimes. Trump may protect him, but I won't. I follow the law. No war criminals. If he sets foot in New York City for the UN Assembly, I'll have him arrested."

This is a July 2026 clip. Later that month Mayor Mamdani stated that New York City does not have the independent legal authority to enforce the ICC arrest warrant against Netanyahu. timesofisrael.com/mamdani-admits… bbc.com/news/articles/… politico.com/news/2026/07/2…
